Referrals
Our practice accepts referrals from:
- Individuals or their carers
- General practitioners
- Medical Specialists
- Allied Health professionals
- WorkCover
- NDIS plan-managed or self-managed clients
- Australian Defence Force BUPA
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) White and Gold cards
A signed referral from your GP or Medical Specialist is required for:
- Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS)
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
- Medicare Chronic Disease Programme (EPC or TCA plans)
